September Membership Meeting
Our September Membership Meeting will be hosted virtually via Zoom on September 13th starting with the Advisory Meeting at 11:30 AM Arizona Time. Please note that registering for the meeting is required in order to assign you to the correct break out rooms. Registration will close September 9th, 5:00pm Arizona Time.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
A reminder for voting members:
- Voting members will have until September 9th, 5:00pm Arizona Time, to email Thien Pham ([email protected]) to assign themselves to their respective unit.
- If selecting a proxy, please email Thien Pham ([email protected]) giving the proxy permission to vote on your unit's behalf. (Please include email address of proxy)
- As a reminder proxies must be 18 years of age and may not be a performing member of said group.
- Delegates may represent only one unit.
- Voting will be done through Competition Suite. ( https://competitionsuite.
com/overview/ ) - Confirmation email will be sent out by September 11th, 5:00pm Arizona Time. At which point you will see "2020 September Voting" on your Competition Suite overview page. (No voting will take place during this day)
- On September 13th, voting will open up during the membership meeting.
- Results will be announced at the meeting.
